This program is shareware. That means that if you use this program for more than 30 days you are obliged to pay the shareware fee. This shareware fee will give you support via e-mail. The shareware fee will also encourage me to continue development of QPict and other products for the Macintosh. When I have received the registration I will send a registration number back to you. This registration number will get rid of the shareware notice dialog in QPict.
Paying the shareware fee
Private usage is when you don't use QPict in a way that will directly or indirectly give you any profit.

* If you/your company is interested in purchasing QPict and don't want to pay cash, send me a mail and I will find another way.
Just enclose the money properly in a envelope including your name, address and e-mail address if you have that and send it to the address below. I know that it's not recommended sending cash by mail but its the easiest way for me. I will acknowledge your payment preferably by e-mail or fax, but otherwise by s-mail.

About distribution
This program can be distributed without my written permission in one of the following ways:
It can be distributed freely, uploaded on BBS and FTP sites, included as binary file in news areas, published on CD-rom etc. if the following conditions are fulfilled:
• The package is distributed complete. No files must be removed or added.
• The package must not be modified in any ways.
• No charge must be taken for this package other than media and handling cost.
If you want to distribute this package in any other ways or under other circumstances you must contact me to get my permission. If this program is distributed on CD-rom or is mentioned in a magazine it would be nice if you the publisher sent me a note (or mabye even a copy).
About the author
I'm working as an engineer in the Research and Development department at a security company here in Sweden. I mainly work with developing security software for the Macintosh. I use much of my spare time developing my own software, either shareware or by contract.
